Ingredients: Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang, Pink Himalayan Salt, Carnelian Crystal, Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water. Glass bottle is recyclable.

• Uplift Herbal Tea (20g) – a beautiful herbal blend to awaken the senses and uplift the mind.

Ingredients: Linden Flower, Spearmint, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus, Rosehip. Packaged in a compostable pouch.

How to Use

•  Pull an Affirmation Card each morning or whenever you need a reminder to stay positive.
• Mist the Uplift Room Spray to refresh your space and lift your mood. Test on fabrics before use.
• Brew the Uplift Tea and enjoy slowly for a refreshing pause.
