To Use: Add one heaped teaspoon of the tea blend to an infuser and steep in a cup of freshly boiled water for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve with or without sweetener to taste. Remove the infuser, inhale the aroma, sip slowly and enjoy a moment of clarity.

· Lemon Balm: Soothes tension while supporting cognitive focus.

Storage and Recycling: Store in a dark, dry space. Compost the used herbs and recycle the packaging when finished.
