• Focus Room Spray (30ml) – mist into your workspace or study area to lift energy and clarity.

Ingredients: Rosemary, Peppermint, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Pink Himalayan Salt, Clear Quartz Crystal,
Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water. Glass bottle is recyclable.

• Focus Herbal Tea (20g) – a herbal blend to support mental clarity and reduce stress. 

Ingredients: Holy Basil (Tulsi), Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Rosemary. Packaged in a compostable pouch.

How to Use

•  Pull an Affirmation Card before studying, journaling or working to set your focus.
•  Mist the Focus Room Spray around your desk or room for a fresh, clear atmosphere. Test on fabrics before use.
• Brew the Focus Tea for a few minutes and sip slowly to centre your mind.
