• Affirmation Cards – gentle prompts to encourage mindfulness, positivity and self-belief. Printed on recyclable card.
  
  
• Energy Clearing Room Spray (30ml) – refresh your space and lift the atmosphere. 

Ingredients: Lavender, Cedarwood, Lemon, Clary Sage, Pink Himalayan Salt, Amethyst Crystal, Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water. Glass bottle is recyclable.

•  Grounding Herbal Tea (20g) – a herbal blend to calm and restore. 

Ingredients: Oatstraw, Lemon Verbena, Mānuka Leaf, Rose Petals, Holy Basil (Tulsi). Packaged in a compostable pouch.

How to Use

• Pull an Affirmation Card when you want to reset your mindset.
• Mist the Energy Clearing Room Spray into the middle of a room to refresh the air. Test on fabrics before use.
• Brew the Grounding Tea for a few minutes and sip slowly to restore balance.
